She is a Board Certified Holistic Nurse, holds a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition, Certified Nutrition Coach, a professional bikini competitor, NASM certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Exercise Instructor and a no meat athlete. Her passion is fitness, wellness and health through natural therapies. Erin is a mother of three and also a grandmother of one!
